02 / Assignments & projects

€250/ hour

Initial engagement: minimum 10 hours (€2,500). Subsequent extensions: minimum 5 hours (€1,250).

Share the situation, what is at stake and where an independent perspective could help.

Agree the scope
Projects are scoped and estimated in advance, so there is a shared view of the work before it begins.

Work in focused blocks
The initial minimum is 10 hours. If more is useful, the work can be extended in minimum blocks of 5 hours.

Bill for actual time
Estimates support planning; fees are based on actual time. Engagements are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
